I find the large number of 5 star ratings surprising and questionable. The book makes very dramatic claims and backs them up in a hodge podge way. Do people really become supernatural? Also, vast sections of the book are restatements of information published elsewhere and seem little more than guesswork. Do we really need a chapter on walking meditation? Consider instead the book Awareness Games.
