This book was directed toward women but as a guy who struggles with self care I found a lot of good points for me as well. It gave me some clarity on why I still feel drained after getting a massage or spending time exercising. Those are good for me but this book helped me see that what is inside wasn't matching what is on the outside. Until that happens you won't feel any better.

The material is top notch. If you have chronic pain you should read. I've already gifted this book to my patients, as I see this condition quite often as a chiropractor. The audio quality isn't the best but easily forgiveable due to the content. Highly recommend
