The book was an amazing and straightforward book. As stated in the conclusion it’s good to be patient with yourself and not be harsh, this book was really fun to read especially because I myself too struggle with some symptoms of OCD, and for future notices I will be taking some tips from this book and apply them to my daily life.

So many of us struggle with anger management in our daily lives, but thanks to the author of this book he has made it easier to cope with managing anger ,I am really grateful for this book because I can also apply it to my daily life as I too struggle with anger management myself.

I have a girlfriend that’s troubled with PTSD, and I must say at first I didn’t totally understand how to deal with her episodes but after listening this book I can understand her point of view differently and approach her differently.
