Historia
In the first book, On Mars, Jason stumbled across the escape pod to a 3,500-year-old derelict spacecraft. The AI for the ship then informed Jason that he was now the Captain of a massive alien Starship due to him having traces of alien DNA. That 'should' have been good news. But the bad news was that Jason's DNA has an additional trait, one that shouldn't be there... The last time anyone had one of the forbidden DNA traits, it started the war that left the ship derelict. To fight the aliens that want him dead, Jason must become something from their nightmares... The second book starts with ...

Interesting series of books
Revisado: 04-19-25
I’m curious about the Starship Medusa book series and I was wondering if it’s worth re-reading. Plus, considering the computer-generated voice instead of a human voice. It’s surprising how it was a good subject to lose myself in while working on other things. Enjoyable and the computer-generated voice wasn’t a problem at all. It’s a nice read if you want to get lost in an interesting subject.

Historia
This is the humorous misadventures of Steve White, who was taking a stroll and looking out over a small pond to see if any of the turtles were out. When suddenly, he finds himself over 400 light-years away. Surrounded by strange aliens and desperately trying to find a way out of this impossible situation. He "fakes it” and accepts the role of the Earth Ambassador to the Pathless, the somewhat insectoid partial humanoid 4-sexed race he now finds himself with. His goal is to return to the Earth. Their goal is much harder to understand. They want him to be the trade ambassador. But what do ...

Interesting story line.

I wasn’t sure what this book was about until I started reading it. It’s a really interesting topic, and the author did a great job of building the story. I’m curious to see where they take it if they decide to continue the series. The computer-generated voice was pretty good too.

An old story line. Author did a great job of keeping it interesting. Computer generated audio was better than I expected. A good read for a lazy day.

Larry Niven, always a good read

I’ve been a huge fan of Larry Niven’s novels for decades. I recently started listening to them on audible, and it’s been a whole new way to enjoy the books. It’s like having a personal narrator bringing the stories to life!
