This is the story we have all been waiting for & TS Joyce doesn’t disappoint. The narration however was a let down. The virtual voice was monotone throughout making it difficult to determine which character was speaking. I stopped after chapter 1 & just read the book instead.

Love the story but...

Mandy Roth writes a great story & series but I just wish it was longer. The narrator does a great job taking on the different voices.

Great story, horrible narration

I really really wanted to like this audio version but just buy the book instead. I tried to get into the audio but just couldn’t get past a couple chapters. I love the narrators individually but Jennifer Mack sounds like a pre-pubescent boy & in no way sounds line Eric. This book needs to be redone as a duet with Jennifer only doing the female part & Eric only doing the male part. The story itself sounded like something I’d love to read so, for the rest of the books unless it say ‘duet narration’ I’m just going to stick with the digital copies & read them the old fashioned way.

Narration & live need blended better

I love Korn & really wanted to hear the story but couldn’t listen all the way thru due to the narration. The live sequences where the band members talk is like they are recorded in a tunnel . I was constantly turning up the volume then quickly turn it back down when the narrator spoke.

Good book if you can stand the narrator

The narrator is the breaking point for me. She does a wonderful job with the female characters but not with the males. I just couldn’t listen to her butcher the male parts so I skipped to the end.

I laughed & cried but couldn’t stop listening

I’m not sure about the first narration but the current narrator did a bang up job. Above all else you need to know the stories are set in Australia so some terms only apply there (like vegimite on toast). But it’s a story of a young girl making a mistake, making things work with the baby daddy who is in a motorcycle club & making them her family. It’s not a fairytale happily ever after but more like a really life happy as you can get ending. Honestly I can’t wait to read Arrow & Tracker’s stories.

Cherise doesn’t fail

As with all the masters books, Cherise Sinclair has written a compelling and unique book. This book has elements of BDSM but it has been skillfully written into the plot. And even though you know there is going to be a HEA the twists and turns keep you interested in listening. I’ve loved all of the series & was very glad to see a true duet narration.

Awesome as always but...

I have the ebook & loved it so I wanted the audio version too. As always Kym Grosso wrote a riveting story with the HEA that I love. However, I was disappointed in the male narrator chosen. Through out the story I had a hard time distinguishing between the 2....Hunter would be talking then Victor but there was minimal change in accent or voice. Hunter is a Louisiana born wolf shifter & Victor is more than 1000 y/o vampire from Europe (Spanish if he came from the same area as Quintus) so there is no way they should sound the same. The female narrator did an awesome job of differentiation between characters. I really hope Victor’s story is next but more than that I hope Kym chooses narrators that do her work justice.

Great narration for great book

I was disappointed with the book ‘Jake’ but Loved everything about Quintus story. Not only was the storyline intriguing but Kym Grosso took the extra steps of having male & female narrators then had the female read the female parts & male read male parts AS IT SHOULD BE. It made the story come to life.
