Reminded me of when you go to find a recipe for something and first you have to read pages and pages of backstory or those ads that are like "I'm going to teach you the simple secret to X" and then rattle on forever without ever getting to the point. Listened to 1/4 of the book without getting to anything actually useful before I gave up. Maybe the recipe is farther in, but listening to this CAUSED anxiety so definitely can't recommend it.
