Historia
Already cited on the floor of Congress and discussed in the corridors of the Pentagon as a book all Americans should read, One Second After is the story of a war scenario that could become all too terrifyingly real. Based upon a real weapon - the Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) - which may already be in the hands of our enemies, it is a truly realistic look at the awesome power of a weapon that can destroy the entire United States.

Revisado: 12-07-24
I've read this book 3 times so far and listened to it 5 times. It's so realistic and intriguing that no matter how many times I read it or listen to it I feel happy sad angry . This book makes me go thru so many emotions even though I already know what's gonna happen. Just get it

Historia
From Charlaine Harris, the best-selling author who created Sookie Stackhouse and her world of Bon Temps, Louisiana, comes a darker locale - populated by more strangers than friends. But then, that's how the locals prefer it. Welcome to Midnight, Texas, a town with many boarded-up windows and few full-time inhabitants, located at the crossing of Witch Light Road and Davy Road. It' s a pretty standard dried-up western town.

I don't know what happened to this writer
Revisado: 10-23-22
lord knows I tried hard to finish this book. I actually forced myself to listen to it after the first two chapters that were boring and ridiculous as hell. it was lazy writing and exaggeration.
