After reading Cattitude Is Everything I now can appreciate why cat lovers have such a special attachment to their feline friends. This book provides a fun look at the many and varied behaviors, skills and qualities cats possess. It reminded me of how dependent we are as humans on verbal communication, which I feel dampens our appreciation for all the other forms of energetic expression. Cattitude is such a fun guide to demonstrate how to discover and unlock our potential to be our complete self--exuding the confidence, wisdom, mindfulness, purposeful hearing and courage--so naturally as these graceful creatures do. Oh, one more thing...I love the musical bridge between the chapters.

The Collective is a compendium of well-written articles on many topics of importance. The author's expertise as a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist is readily apparent. The articles are not only well researched but provide practical direction on how to address common conditions including but not limited to overcoming learning disorders, memory loss and the stigma of dyslexia and ADHD. I especially appreciated the frank assessment given related to issues impacting society today and how to effectively address them, such as the effects of technology and a decline in civility. The tone of the book is positive and uplifting and provides clear guidance to regain focus and maintain a healthy and successful course.
