Pales in Comparison to the Originals but its OK.

The original books in the trilogy were masterpieces, but this one is just ok. I found myself thinking that some of the dialogue between characters seemed weird and forced, but if you're a fan of this series know that while its not as great as the originals its still ok for your GWADT fix.

Another Gem from King

Sequel to Mr. Mercedes, although it's been awhile since I've read that one and it's not imperative to read it first (but if you have read it, brush up on the plot so you remember the characters!). Solid story, narration is awesome, I loved it.

Such an amazing listen, not only for young women but for anyone. It's good because its FUNNY. And true! I dig her perspective and the narrator was outstanding.

Tough Listen

Man, this story is SLOW! Really slow. It's a hard listen - very psychological and not a lot of action. I couldn't finish. Might be better in print?

I Never Wanted It To End.

What can I say? I saw it was Audible's best book of the year and I loved it. HOWEVER - this may not be a great read for men, my dad hated it. I'm not much of a chick-lit reader but liked the story and the narration. Two thumbs up!

Crazy Interesting!

I really liked this title for several reasons: awesome story + great narration. I was hooked and didn't want it to end. Melinek's profession is totally fascinating. The only thing I didn't like was her attitude towards suicide, I understand where she's coming from I disagree with her rigid views. Awesome read.

Amazing Until the End.

I've been waiting for months and months for Revival to come out. I love Stephen King! To keep it short and sweet - the beginning and middle of the book are riveting and very good, the ending .. not so much. I felt like King could have blown us out of the water with something incredible for the end but it just fell flat. Narration is pretty good, although I found myself chuckling at the author's depiction of young Jamie, lol! For a better story check out King's earlier work.

On the Edge of My Seat...

Caution - do not listen if you have an anxiety disorder - this will keep you wincing, screaming and literally on the edge of your seat. This story is awesome! I wanted to scream during 50% of the book out of frustration for the main character but of course I was dying for more. Highly recommended, narration is outstanding.

What did you love best about How to Win Friends & Influence People?

Wow! Everything in this book seems sotally obvious but these are the things we never think about - the book is presented in a way that really makes you think about how you treat people and why we react the ways we do. The tips and stories are SO GOOD. This book has changed my approach towards talking to people and frankly, has changed my life.

Narrator is awesome, this is a great listen.
