very poor performance, sounds fake & unrealistic. save your money and just fire everyone who is difficult.. If it's your boss who's difficult you'll find happiness elsewhere.

Amazing how many generations ago this book was written and still lays the foundation of strategy to defeating an opponent. Whether it's in the battlefield or in business, many of the tactics discussed in this book are useful to this day!!
