Nate Hambrick is a master story teller, keeping me hanging on every word in every chapter. As an avid reader, I know my way around personal development books. What I loved most about Crush Your Kryptonite, is that it was a concise summary of the keys to a happy, healthy, successful life. His success and heart for service puts him at the top of my list of go-to authors. It's a must read!

This book not only provides a creative approach to efficiency and effectiveness, it also serves as a guide to evaluating your life, your work and your systems. I recently attended Ali's Annual Planning workshop and man... he is a master teacher. So glad he transitioned from being a doctor to inspiring his audience with wisdom and authenticity. Well done!

Surprisingly Effective

I downloaded the book at 4:30 in the morning after a night where I vowed (again) to quit drinking. I listened to it straight through, going step by step. I have not had a drink since and have no desire. The mindset shift this book provides is amazingly effective and simple to embrace. While I have a long road to go, I've found letting go of drinking to be easier than I thought as I focus on the benefits of not drinking and the downside of drinking. Thanks for this life-changing resource. ;0)

Wes Bush has packed an incredible amount of relevant, innovative, and helpful information into this book. Not only is it required reading for everyone on my team, it’s become the go to manual that has helped us take huge strides in a very short time. If you’re in the sass world, this is a must read. I’ve truly enjoyed Joanna and Chip’s first two books. This one, however, has a different feel to it. Beyond the story… Chip steps into the role of mentor, coach, champion of people to go for their dreams. What a beautiful book and a great read. Through the 5 season rule Mel Robbins has singlehandedly taken her spot as a refreshing new voice in the transformational space. Her message is not only inspiring but incredibly relevant for all generation and beyond. Thank you for the courage to share your story so I can take my already kick ass life to the next level.
