It’s a good book but…

I wanted to hear this book, and I am glad I did. I have issue with what harris was “thinking” as if people knew what was going on in her head. It seems like a harris love fest at many times. Like Shattered, it is written in a way of putting conservatives and republicans in a bad light. From the nasty way they portrayed Trump and conservatives to the way they talk about them. As a medical professional I knew biden had dementia before he took the oath of office. It was evident in 2020 and yet his family and democrats ran him anyway. The family needs to be charged with elder abuse. I have told others to listen or read both of their books- it lets you know what the DNC really thinks about 66% of this country ( I lump moderate democrats in that group) This book is a must read so you can see how biden’s decline was hidden by his staff, the DNC , and the biased media. Shame on all of you. Telling people doctors that he was fine. He was not. It did endorse why I would not ever vote for a Democrat, why I did not support harris, and would never support her. Many need to understand that we had a limp noodle in charge of the nuclear codes and pelosi and all of them were complacent with it. And now I know why the democrats are polling at 27%. Oh and harris lied throughout her debate- my son’s base had been attacked many times that summer while he was deployed in the middle east and she had no idea our troops were in harms way. Yup. Great book. Proved to me why we dodge many bullets

The ending was a surprise!!!

I like his other books

So Doc’s other books are better. But I got this book because I enjoyed the other 3. The AI is awful. Please no more. Flat affect, mispronounced words, “she” was just plain dull. Took away from the book. I missed his other characters. The book was not 5 stars. And AI should not get any stars.

Even if 75% is true…

This book was well written. Even if only 75% of this is true-this tells a story of a conniving, narcissistic, calculating, woman that likes to play the victim. Queen Elizabeth deserved respect which this woman could not give. Her weak partner is mean, hurtful, and also narcissistic but she is the worse. To throw one’s family to the curb, destroy another family and attempt to destroy an institution makes me wish we could send them to a 1 acre island where they can practice their pretend carbon footprints. I remember how she thought it was her place to modernize the RF. It was not her place to do it. I was never a fan of hers but hoped that see her in a better light. All I can say is I hope these 2 fail at everything they touch because honestly their behavior has been horrible. For her it’s fake and fortune. For him it’s to be mothered by her. She lied about not researching them but it’s clear she definitely did. Sad state of affairs

We all know these Christmas stories- the ones we know as the wonderful life type. We all have days we wished life were different or we don’t even realize we wish our lives were different. This author has a nice take on this genre. It was a good story

I know this book only deals with cases he remembers… but makes me happy for our (US) healthcare. The references to God- should have left out - I get that it’s your book and your story… but is off putting. As a medical professional I enjoyed the story. Glad you decided to write while medicine was in your family- it really sounded like it was not in your heart. But I bought both books!

Being 59 and looking at age 60 on the horizon, I found this book enjoyable. There were so many many things that I could personally relate to or know my friends could relate to. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it

Horrible reader

Just an awful reader. From the voice of the boy to the voice of the Aussie. Do not attempt to do an accent that you, as the reader, can not do. The boy’s voice and style of speaking was enough to make me turn off the story. The writer could be decent but the performance was just bad
