This audiobook was very thorough

This audiobook was very thorough with good information the narrator was great I listened to it for ten straight hours and had to take a 15 min break. However I would not recommend this audiobook to the new beginner who is new to investing in real estate . Unless the person wants to change their thinking by listening to this audiobook more than once otherwise if not the loopholes to real estate may be a better pursuit.
The narrator in his examples mentions 8 unit apartments but the situation in this book is useful 4 green houses one red hotel or in this case apartment also the person new to real estate should rely on other books in this field for starters I would recommend his other two books writing and winning business plans and the loophole to real estate
This book does not mention single family houses

Sigh it was okay like some people have mention previous in the post the audiobook is for beginners. Narrator James killavey was okay but sounded like he read from a prompt reader screen. I felt like I wasted a credit it wasn't a infomercial it was a short and average audiobook the narrator was great and easy to listen to it's just that the advice didn't have anything to do with credit credits it was just stories about why so many people end up in bad debt vs good debt. I would save my credit on audible for one of robert kiyosaki other books the abc's is a great one from him.
