There were many points, when listening to this on Audible, that I pictured myself going through some of the crazy things that have happened in my life. I love that you back what you speak about with science & I believe that if this was taught to our children, the world would be a better place. I had already been doing many of the things you spoke about to change my life, but you articulated what you spoke about, backed by science (I have BS in biological sciences & cognitive psychology so you were speaking my language) in a way that anyone could understand, and you used some real life stories to bring it all together on a “human” level. Thank you for your contribution in helping humanity move forward. I hope someday I get to meet you or attend a live talk. I look forward to seeing you on my computer screen this weekend at the “High 5 Habit Masterclass.” You have made a difference in my life- I am so grateful for that, because I certainly picked a hard class in this lifetime.
