This book is so jammed packed with information taken from researchers, case studies, psychologists and many more. This isn’t a “don’t watch porn cause the Bible and your church tells you so” no this and educated look at what porn actually does to your brain, your personal life, and your relationships with others, and our society as a whole.

Everyone has their sort of sex that they like and hey, if two adults consent, that's their business. However, the main problem is watching porn in general, not so much how people express their sexuality afterwords. Could they be linked to viewing porn? Yes, but it doesn't follow that having that kink or desire is associated with the porn culture. I feel it was treating the subject more on the "sinful" religious side of it. Not everyone believes it is a sin, but it definitely does do damage to our biology. He never mentions sin, but discourages sex before marriage. That's when I started to cringe. Nonetheless, a good book.
