Well book 2 is amazing and I'm definitely looking forward to the next one.
I guess that I was kinda worried that the author wasn't going to have the visitors to the farm ever leave. That fear is gone.
I'm hoping that they will find a way to make the buffs from the milk into rare permanent potions.
Of course the spicy scenes are to different tastes. If you're not into one, another will be coming along soon.
Jonesing for book 3 already.
I'm giving this book 8.5 out of 5 stars.

Awesome slice-of-life harem series.

I really enjoyed the first book, which made me instantly jump to purchase this the moment it came out.
First off, the narrator does very well I have no complaints.
As for the story, I think the expanding size of the plot added more intrigue to a simple story, and I'm all for that. As much as I wanted to be fully absorbed into the book, the longer it went on, the more I started to notice that the author really struggles in describing. One of the worst cases they used the same word back-to-back across 8 sentences. That just felt weird listening to. When I picked that up, the "intimate" scenes started feeling weirder. The author started reusing lines or metaphors or flowery language. I don't mind when they describe the same object in the same way, but when the same object has the same action done to it, and the description is the same, it's just weird.

I hope these minor issues are shared up, because I look forward to the next book!

loved the storyline, the narrator, and the cliffhanger ending. Will be buying the following books when able.

My favorite in the series so far. Great charactere and I LOVE the game they play. its like a whole bonus book and plot within the main story. A little darker, but in a fun safe environment so it never gets too heavy. Great series.

Such a great follow up and low key drama. If you liked the first one this is just as entertaining. Not really a cliffhanger ending but definitely a lead in to a 3rd, if you didn’t know there was one already out. I prefer audio and Sierra does her usual phenomenal job.

It’s not always easy to follow a successful book with a second, but Eden did it. It was hard to turn off and I’m sad I finished it but glad there is a third. The story advances in a way that makes you feel like you are on the milk farm, and the games played by the characters adds a unique quality that you don’t often see in romantic literature.

another fun addition to the black wood story. while this book is supposed to be slice of life it did include some solid action scenes. Eden has a way with story telling! sierra kline also does a fantastic job of putting voices to Edens well crafted story.

Excuse the short review but I'm rather eager to listen to book 3. the book has been full of surprises and happy to say there has been few of the standard. 'oh I say that coming' moments. so sit back I and expect to find yourself unwilling to not want to stop listening to this thrilling audiobook,
