As a dedicated family man with 29+ years of marriage to my wife Debbi and four incredible children, I believe leadership starts at home. My family is my greatest inspiration and accomplishment, balancing faith, integrity, compassion, and purpose. I am a seasoned business executive with over two decades of experience at the forefront of entrepreneurship, mergers, and acquisitions. As a former M&A attorney, I have facilitated the purchase and sale of hundreds of companies, honing a deep understanding of what it takes to make businesses thrive and achieve long-term success. In the past 18 years, I transitioned from law to entrepreneurship, building and successfully exiting four eight-figure companies. My entrepreneurial journey has been defined by an ability to grow sale-ready businesses—highly profitable companies built with robust systems, scalable operations, and clear pathways to sustained growth. I have written 4 books as you see in my profile. My newest one: Beyond Your Shadow is a culmination of my work in the marketplace and my deepst desire to grow the next generation of leadership.
