Tara is a licensed therapist, speaker, and author based in Pensacola, Florida. Tara’s great passion is to see people become healed, whole, and free by integrating biblical truth, spiritual practices, and psychological education. She does this through counseling in her private practice, Innerlight Counseling Collective, where she offers community based classes, groups, and retreats, as well as one-on-one therapy via telehealth. Additionally, she is an Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor who supports clients and aspiring therapists to develop a secure attachment with themselves and others by grieving the harm they’ve endured unto a freer existence. Tara has been married to her husband James for 19 years and is the mother of two active and insightful boys, Michael and Kingston. They find joy near the water and in moving their bodies in exercise and the outdooors.
