Tab Pierce began his career in 1987 as a salesperson working within industrial coatings, which he did for seven years. He left to start his first of many companies; that company ended in awesome failure. In 1998, he moved into technology, which ultimately led him to a focused niche of cybersecurity. He repeatedly won the president’s “Salesperson of the Year” early in his technology career. He’s held positions in sales as an individual contributor, Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. In 2010, he founded Caliber Security Partners, which provides cybersecurity services to enterprises and emerging businesses. In 2015, he co-founded 3P&T Security Recruiting, which provides talent into the cybersecurity market. In 2018, he acquired the full rights to 3P&T Security Recruiting and acts as an advisor. Tab also leads the “Blowing Up Your Business” podcast and Facebook page where he helps budding and experienced entrepreneurs reach greater levels of success. He and his wife Catherine have been married for 31 years, they have four adult children and three grandchildren. They reside in Mukilteo, Washington, overlooking the Puget Sound. In his free time, he can be found spending it with his three dogs, salmon and halibut fishing, or crabbing out on the Puget Sound.
