Sharlene Raston, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Life Coach while working in the corporate world had decided to go on a self-discovery journey at a monastery in Nepal. That was the beginning of an amazing journey of knowledge, realizations and experiences. Years later, she had decided to quit the security of the corporate world to become her own boss and follow her passion to become a Psychologist, Life Coach and writer. By doing what she loves doing she had finally managed to transform work into play and unexpectedly faced with success. Her experiences and knowledge are so valuable and unique that the majority of people that crossed her path had requested her to share with the world. When she felt ready she wrote her first book “On the Road to Enlightenment” which is dedicated to you: The reader. As she continued to work as a therapist she learnt that the majority of us, regardles of our culture, upbringing, race, religion...we appear to be more similar than she could ever imagine. As a result she had decided to write: ''The Secret Letters of a Psychotherapist'' where she provides insights and recommendations on all the daily struggles that we face daily, that stop us from living a happier and more fulfilling life.
