Her background has led her to co-founding HG Learning Solutions (2021), an organization dedicated towards developing educational technology and services for the next century of professional learning. Rose brings a unique blend of both critical and creative thought leadership to any stage. With 20+ years of project management and facilitation experience in various sectors, she founded Leonty3C, a company that helps professionals empower themselves and improve their days through human-centered approaches to communication, project management, change management, leadership and creativity. In addition to her workshop and speaking schedule, she leads an internationally-awarded creative services team, LMG Creative, which specializes in music and visual design for professional projects.
