I have loved writing ever since I was about eight years old. In high school (and even now), I daydreamed about my characters and their superpowers while going about my day. Writing has always been a great way to channel my excess energy. There is no better feeling than sharing my books with readers and hearing positive feedback. My goal is to take my stories as far as possible by sharing them with millions of readers and someday adapting them into movies or even a graphic novel series. If my ninja-novel-teen-trilogy, The Karma Chronicles, was ever turned into a feature-length film, I think that would just about make my life! I have published five books throughout my writing career, with plenty of other stories that are currently in progress. My top priority is to entertain readers. There is much good in the world, however, it is nice to escape to a realm of fiction from time to time. The one message that is consistent throughout all my books is to ‘be the best ‘you’ that you can be’. I believe that too often people are limited by their own beliefs shaped by social construct. Religion, politics, and cultures are all fine and dandy, but a person’s identity and self-worth far outweigh a group’s ideology. Writing is a big part of who I am, but I have always believed in leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I exercise my mind with chess and strategy games, travel around the world, and try to learn as much as I can. Another interest of mine is competing in local obstacle course races and Rugged Maniac runs, as I love to get outside and put my body to the limit. I’ve trained for and competed on the hit NBC show, American Ninja Warrior. Although I did not make it to the next round, I was in the best shape of my life and encourage others to train for and pursue your own life goals! It was an amazing experience, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. As an independent author, much of my success relies heavily on you, the reader. I hope you can find value, intrigue, and excitement in my supernatural stories. If you pick up one of my books, whether online or in person, it will mean the world to me if you can share your thoughts with others. Engaging with me on social media and leaving a review and rating my books is the best way to show support. It helps my stories receive more exposure, and in turn, helps me take this journey to the next level. Never feel like you need to sugarcoat your reviews either. Always be genuine in your feedback! I have made many classroom appearances, as well as attended events at local libraries and book fairs throughout Arizona and California.
