Kay Greenfield is an educator, freelance programmer, digital nomad, and passionate hobbyist. With a love for gardening, mushroom cultivation, languages (particularly slang), and exploring new hobbies, Kay’s diverse experiences shape her work and life. A former Peace Corps volunteer in the Caribbean, Kay’s interest in gardening grew from her time in the region. Later, while living in Japan, she worked as a volunteer on a mushroom farm, deepening her passion for cultivating mushrooms. Having lived and worked outside the United States for 21 years, Kay has gained a unique perspective on the world. Her experiences include managing a hydroponic garden on her balcony in Taiwan, studying in Stoke-on-Trent, England, and constantly exploring new hobbies that pique her interest. With a broad range of global experiences, Kay brings an insightful and open-minded approach to both her work and personal pursuits.
