Joshua Gagnon is the founding and lead pastor of Next Level Church, a multisite church with locations throughout the East Coast. Joshua and his wife, Jennifer, started Next Level Church on Easter 2008 with a dream in their heart to reach people who don't go to church or who have been hurt by the church in the past. Founding a megachurch in New England, widely known as the least-churched region in the world, proved to be challenging, but the dream has never swayed and Joshua and Jennifer have remained faithful to God's calling. Today, Next Level Church exists as one church in many locations, from New England to Florida, with plans to launch more locations in areas that desperately need the hope of Jesus. As a rising leader in the Christian Leadership world, Joshua has spoken at many leadership conferences and events and hosts the Joshua Gagnon Leadership Podcast to equip and encourage both ministry and business leaders. His first book, It's Not Over, is set to release in February 2020. Joshua and Jennifer have two children, Malachi and Nehemiah, and live in the Seacoast area in New Hampshire, where NLC began.
