John Black runs a busy clinical practice just outside Canterbury specialising in helping people with anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress and phobias. He is a solution focussed therapist and hypnotherapist whose original background was in education. Whilst working as a safeguarding officer in a large secondary school he witnessed an explosion in anxiety amongst young people and set about exploring ways that this can be effectively overcome. He now works with people of all ages helping them to overcome any challenges they may face.
