Hi! I am Jeff. My career speaking in school communities on teen mental health and motivation started with some challenging times as a teen myself. Now three decades later, I am still thoroughly enjoying my work with teens, teachers, counselors, parents and school administrators. I can't believe that my work has taken me all over the world sharing a message about life, love, responsibility and self-care; advocating for ones wellness and their best selves forward. I've written five books. The latest is my children's book, TAKE TIME TO THINK about a little boy named Timmy, who I named after my best friend of 35 years.
