Hello, dear readers! My name is J.T. Grainger. I love writing all sorts of genres of fiction that range from early preschool, to children's fantasy and sci-fi, to middle school, to YA and even some new adult. Here are a few things about me: I’m a father of two college graduates, I live in sunny Southern California, I’m originally from the Midwest and I LOVE to travel. At present, I have visited over 50 countries and 6 continents and was on track to reach my 7th and final one until the pandemic occurred back in 2020. During my downtime, my wife and I run a budget travel blog called Tightwad Trips. Regarding my literary works, I’m happy to report that I have written over three books which include Mary's Journey (Book 1 of The World Beyond the Stairs series), Humans Are Strange Creatures and Holly the Elf: A Christmas Tale. I also have two ongoing story series on Kindle Vella entitled Night Sheen: The First Black American Superhero and The Joyriders: Epic Adventures Through Time which I usually update monthly and try to spread the word about via social media. The more you get to know me, the more you’ll find that I’m a huge nerd who loves the Beatles, classic hip-hop (from the 70’s thru the mid-90’s), going to theme parks, reading superhero comic books and watching comic book movies. I’m also super obsessed with time travel and time travel-related fiction. I don’t know why? I guess it's because, since I was a kid, I have always loved that sort of thing.
