Harmony Hart is the author of The Art of How to Talk to Anyone. Her work operates in the self-help niche, empowering readers to pursue a journey of personal growth that builds their confidence and ability to overcome a range of challenges. As an entrepreneur, Harmony has had a wealth of professional experience that has brought her into communities as an advocate, engineer, and finance professional. Witnessing the patterns across communities and workplaces, she sees the areas people most want to work on, her first book dealing with social anxiety and issues around communication. Harmony has a passion for helping others to improve their social and communication skills, as well as recognize, understand, and regulate not just their own emotions but the emotions of others. Her personal journey has been marked by the challenges of shyness, which set her to research the use of effective communication to transform her experience in social situations. Having experienced this personally, she is convinced that good communication paves the way for deeper human connection, and she’s passionate about sharing these tools with others. Harmony graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Environmental Economics. She also has a Master of Science in Finance. She enjoys reading academic studies, self-help books, and implementing their advice into her own life. She aims to provide this same joy to others through her work.
