«Fede» Supervielle Bergés is a Spanish Navy officer who has sailed on offshore patrol vessel Tornado and frigates Victoria and Canarias. He has participated six times in the European Union's anti-piracy mission in Somalia and has deployed in a cooperative security role in the Gulf of Guinea. He has an MBA in Security, Peace and International Conflicts and an MBA in Military History, and has had articles published by the Spanish Navy's journal Revista General de Marina, the Instituto Español de Estudios Estratégicos, Global Strategy and revista Ejércitos magazine. He is author of a military thriller series, a book on modern naval tactics and a historic novel on Alvaro de Bazan.
