Ervin (Earl) Cobb is an author, coach, trainer and speaker on Leadership and Peak Performance. Earl has forged an accomplished career as a systems engineer, project manager, technology executive, and gifted author. Over the past decade, since retiring from corporate America, Earl has been a powerful voice and enthusiastic thought leader. He is currently the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Richer Life, LLC. During a 34-year corporate career, Earl as held senior technical and leadership positions within Fortune 100, Mid-market and Venture companies including Honeywell, Inc., Motorola, Inc., The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and Wells Fargo Bank. He is the former President, COO and CEO of the high-tech start-up, MedContrax, Inc. Earl is the author of more than ninety published books and articles. His latest books, was released in October 2022, titled, “Living a More Thoughtful Life: Thinkable Thoughts and Relevant Reflections”. In this new book, Earl and his wife, Dr. Charlotte Grant-Cobb team up share and shed light on fifty-two “thinkable thoughts” that can strengthen your brain-based skills. By “thinkable,” they are referring to insightful thoughts that ignite one’s imagination and can easily be regarded as conceivable, feasible and beneficial in many aspects of your personal and professional life. The thoughts we have included in this book constitute a way of thinking, that our experiences have taught us to be valuable in decision-making and engaging with others.
