Dr. David Patterson received his Doctorate of Divinity from Trinity International Seminary, Dallas TX. He has been coaching and counseling people in the church and business community for over 35 years. He has served as Bishop in his church. His life experience and training have uniquely equipped him to be able to empathize and quickly understand difficult issues and situations. David is a survivor. He has overcome the frustrations of undiagnosed dyslexia, worked through PTSD as a result of witnessing his father's suicide, and recovered from a 20-year addiction to prescription drugs. He is also a cancer survivor. David is a coach who has truly, “Been there, done that!" He brings a keen sense to the pressures of personal trauma, drama, and addictions in his peer to peer coaching style. Dr. Patterson is a sensitive, challenging, and pragmatic coach using techniques that work. His book, “Live One Life; A Guide to Recovery from Trauma, Drama, and Other Addictive Behaviors” is the centerpiece of his practice. Using his "Live One Life Compass" and "Relationship Alignment" models, he will help you find your strength, develop pain management skills, and restore confidence by balancing your mind, spirit, emotions and body. Dr. Patterson's own life and service as a Life Coach and church leader have prepared him to assist you in finding and restoring your life’s purpose. His passion is to help people understand their destination so that they can "Live One Life" joyfully.
