Caroline Ervin is a feminist investigator working to uncover the hidden histories of women who’ve changed the world. A 2006 graduate of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism, she employs her word-nerd background in her digital media approach to educating audiences about history, health, politics and pop culture through a feminist, gendered lens. In her role as a public speaker, Caroline has addressed issues ranging from sexism and STEM jobs to social media and body image as part of the SXSW Interactive festival, the Clemson University Women’s Leadership Conference, the Carter Center’s diversity-awareness sessions and Vanderbilt University’s Eating Disorders Awareness Week. A highlight remains enlightening a fundraiser crowd about the power and beauty of the clitoris. When she has time for a break, you can find her relaxing over some genealogy research with a gin and tonic. She should probably go outside more often. Connect with Caroline at carolineervin.co and on Twitter @thecarolineerv.
