Born in Aleppo, Syria, of Armenian Syrian background, Armenian Catholic. I'm the oldest of five siblings, where we attended an Armenian Nuns private school until we immigrated to Montreal, Canada, with my parents in 1980. I speak three languages. At eighteen years old…while I was married, I pursued my studies in Psychology and International Business, but my creative and intuitive forces inspired me to pursue fashion. My dream was to travel and see the World. First, I lived in Paris, and then Los Angeles, CA. I became a fashion designer in woman's apparel and Haute Couture owned boutiques in Montreal and Quebec, Canada. I wish I could tell you that I had the most wonderful life and I am going to teach you how I did it… You are WRONG… Mais Alors… let me tell you… I had an OKAY life … but a challenging one. From my own experiences observing others and reading about each and every subject arise in the curiosity of the WHY? WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? AND WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HURT! The good news is, because of all these experiences, pain, challenges, defied, the betrayal of friendship, forced to marry at the age of seventeen, I did learn and challenge myself to do better. In Aleppo, I was burned at two years old with boiled milk. I slipped away long enough to pull the boiled milk down onto my face, neck, and arms. First-degree burn. My father knew of a woman who had invented a natural cream and entrusted her with saving me. She did. When I was sixteen years old, I was asked for my hand in marriage. He was nine years older, but I knew he was not the one for me within a few weeks. Our personalities clashed, and every instinct inside me told me we weren't right for one another. I left him, but my parents forced me to reconcile with him three days later. After a short ten months, we were married. I wish I could tell you that I had the most wonderful life and I am going to teach you how I did it… You are WRONG… Mais Alors… let me tell you… I had an OKAY life … but a challenging one. What should have been taught in our schools, Mon Dieu :) What should have been part of our parent's routine in educating us at home. How to catch up on what was missing How to change ourselves in a straightforward and uncomplicated way. How we can change even as adults, help our children, help these stubborn teenagers How can I help my own stubborn mind? IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OURSELVES? IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE THAT WE REALLY LOVE? IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR HELP CHANGE OUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER? IS IT POSSIBLE TO HELP OUR COLLEAGUES AT THE OFFICE WHEN WE KNOW THEY HAVE SO MUCH POTENTIAL? IS IT POSSIBLE TO HELP OUR FRIENDS IN NEED? YES it is possible, When you discover The HOW? you are unstoppable... May The New Path will bring You peace, love, health, abundance and joy into your life And for your Family & Friends. That is my purpose / my calling for you and for the World. ❤️
