Brenda Caster has studied healing energy for decades, long before a stroke entered her experience. She became certified and practiced energy healing at a spiritualist church in the San Diego area. She also studied under Dr. Bradley Nelson, becoming certified as an Emotion Code Practitioner and Body Code Practitioner. She continues to strengthen her talents to better assist others, helping them let go of what holds them back so they might live their best, authentic life. Brenda is a member of several communities that offer deep connection, transformation, and encouragement in realms of spiritual and creative endeavors, including an intention group, a dream-weaving group, and a quilting group. She has been living in the Ramona, California area for approximately twenty years, enjoying the country atmosphere and hometown feel of this friendly little town. Her creativity expands to painting murals in her home and crafting in just about any medium. Brenda enjoys her garden, spending as much time as possible in it. She also enjoys design and helped plan her indoor and outdoor living spaces, including a Fairyland fire pit area and the "angelic realm", a space to sit and reflect and enjoy the surrounding beauty. Brenda has designed and is fine-tuning her next project called "Hidden Acres". Her plan is to develop an active senior community that has expanded to a small, self-contained city. To say it is an ambitious plan might be an understatement. When completed, she believes it will become a model for similar communities and could be implemented anywhere in the United States—possibly the world.
