Atlanta based certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist Brad Kolowich Jr currently holds over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. As a native of Atlanta, Brad spent his early years at Holy Innocents Episcopal School while also traveling the country where he received state, sectional and national rankings, earning honors as one of the top ranked junior tennis players in the country. He then moved onto play Division I varsity tennis for the Seminoles of Florida State University (FSU) and later graduated from the University of Georgia. Brad holds a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia (UGA) as well as being certified by some of the most honored organizations including the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.), the American Red Cross (CPR/AED), and the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) as a tennis teaching professional.
Brad’s current daily clientele travels from all over, some traveling for hours daily to their multiple weekly sessions for his knowledge and expertise in the areas of weight loss, leaning and toning, muscle growth, core development, cardiovascular conditioning, nutritional design, injury prevention, flexibility, sports specific training, and motivation. Brad has dedicated his career to staying on top of the latest research and developments in the fitness and anti-aging industry ensuring that his clients are provided with only the very best in the makeup of their exercise programs, workout techniques, and nutritional program design.
In addition to tennis, Brad’s athletic background also includes success in soccer, swimming, basketball, baseball, and Krav Maga. He enjoys filling his free time participating in these sports as well as being adventurous and active outdoors. Some of Brad’s favorite pastimes are wake surfing, whitewater rafting, wake boarding, kayaking, target shooting, snowboarding, enjoying new restaurants, world travel, hanging with his family and friends, as well as spending time with Mandy and his labradoodles Rocky and Berkeley.
