Bill brings over 45 years of experience in franchising and home services He started his career in the trades though working as a plumber helper and then as an operating engineer working his way through college after his football playing days ended. He has owned and taken businesses from 0 to 20m dollars along with running organizations that did over 235M dollars and consistently had these businesses at double digit profitability. After college he worked for the premier franchise organization McDonalds for 10 years learning franchising and continuing his business education through them. He has been a National Director of Training, Regional VP, Regional Manager, Head of Innovation -Planning and Franchise Business Consultant in his career. Over the last 5 years he has worked for ServiceTitan® helping them becoming the #1 software in the home service industry. He has 2 daughters, a son and 3 grandsons. His passion outside of work is golf although his game could use some polish.
