Bel Richardson has a PhD from the Queensland University of Technology comprised of a novel and an exegesis that focuses on young adult dystopian fiction read and written from a postnatural perspective. She is currently studying a degree in Applied Science and intends on putting these two backgrounds together to go into research and science communication. Bel writes a broad selection of texts from picture books and children's novels up to science fiction for adults, and she hopes to divide her time between science and science fiction as she continues to explore the interconnectedness between all life in the universe and the part that humans play on that stage.
