Ann Treneman is an author, journalist and garden designer. She is a columnist on The Times newspaper where she has worked for 25 years as an award winning feature writer, political sketchwriter and chief theatre critic. She won both the People's Choice Award and a silver gilt medal for her Wild Kitchen Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower show. She is also a grave enthusiast, as in graveyards. Born and brought up in America, she has lived in Britain (Bakewell and London) for decades although her accent remains stubbornly USA.
