This was Cal and Andi’s story. The author provided a background on some of the characters in the other books in this series. Had drama, suspense, and romance. The narrators are awesome.

Liked everything about the book. There was mystery, drama, no angst or cheating, and plenty of chemistry. Cal knew what he wanted and it was Andi. Narrators did a great job and Troy’s voice makes you melt. Epilogue with a HEA.

An intensely invigorating, passionate, witty and charming ride to do on with Cal and Andi. Their banter is playful and cute, their chemistry is undeniable and their connection is simply beautiful. I loved how Cal just stepped right in and chose to be her protector. He knew what he wanted and went for it. I enjoyed every single second of this story.

Anastasia Watley and Troy Duran did an outstanding job bringing this amazing characters to life.

🔥This book was simply sensational and deserves 20 stars in my opinion!

I love how this book just dove right into the "poetic universe" of Andi and Cal! AHHH YESSS!
Thank you D.L for writing Andi's character as a strong willed, intelligent female! (preach!)

I also appreciate how D.L wrote Cal's character as a young man with lots of ambition... light years more mature than the other club guys! WOW!

This particular book had exciting moments, intrigue fused with white hot lovin! (YES, a real panty melter ladies!)
If you're searching for a book that has all of the elements from romance and heartfelt moments, twist n turns, likable characters and OFF DA CHARTS sexy scenes ....this may be your new favorite book. It sure was one of mine!

Brava to D.L for delivering another incredible MC book! Kudos to our phenomenal narrators Troy and Ana...always a pleasure my friends! Well, after all of the MC books I have listened to, I feel like we're all friends... lol. 20 stars amigos!

I honestly loved everything about this book. it is definitely what i see come to mind when I think about MC books

I enjoyed this more than I expected! The story had some engaging moments, although there were a few discrepancies that caught my attention.

I really liked how Andi and Cal’s relationship developed, especially their banter. I didn’t mind that Andi held back on sharing her heavy burden right away; it felt authentic. However, I was quite irritated by her lack of self-preservation, I was like 🙄 what’s new right? Stepping outside alone when danger was looming felt like a decision that was dumber than a bag of rocks! Seems like whenever FMC is “tiny” they do dumb shit… I mean Andi was supposedly about 5’9? In the first book but became tiny by the end of this book… meh

On the flip side, I loved seeing Cal grow up throughout the story. It was impressive, but I would have appreciated seeing more of that transformation; it felt a bit sudden in some spots.

Lastly, the epilogue was a delightful touch! It tied everything together beautifully and left me with a satisfying conclusion. Overall, it was a fun listen!

I mean you can never go wrong with Troy Duran’s narration…. Anastasia Watley held her own too… she was better than most…
