About this listen

Nothing is ever as it seems. Especially when you unintentionally stumble into a fantasy world.

As a perfectly ordinary human, the last thing I ever expected was to find myself thrown headfirst into a world of fae, magic—sorry, energy manipulation, and dragons.

Dragons who also happen to be gods, revered amongst the multitude of fae races.

Known as the Fallen Five, they crash landed in Risest decades ago, when their home world was destroyed or so they thought.

They were all deceived.

It turns out that the traitor in their midst, the very reason I was brought into the land of Risest and kept as a pet traitor-sleuth, was no other than their mother.

A mother-dragon who is hell bent on invading their world and burning everything down around them.

The Fallen Five have no choice now but to work together, uniting their five lands for the first time since they fell to Risest.

Divided they are weak, but united they have a chance.

My place in this battle is beyond every belief. My destiny greater than feels possible, but I know I'll do whatever it takes to ensure my friends and family survive this battle.

Even if it means I must make the hardest decision of them all.

*Crimson Skies is book two in a romantasy duet. This is the conclusion to the story and DOES NOT end of a cliffhanger. Tropes include dragon shifter and human romance, forced proximity, fated mates, touch her and D, portal to a faerie world. This book is recommended for 18+ due to language and adult situations.

Amazed!

I had read some other of her series and fell in love with her imagination! So heading into this series made me super excited! I was NOT let down at all! Loved that this wasn’t like every other book out there! Definitely worth reading/listening!

Great story

If you liked Shadow Beast you will like this one. While it is not as intense it is still a great read/listen

Jaymin Eve is a fantasic author. Love the sex scenes, love the drama, love the friendships/frienemies!! My only complaint is there isn't another book to get lost in. ♥♥♥

Loved it

Loved the duet style narration I can’t listen to anything else now! Also the narrators were amazing. I wish there was more to this series that’s all I will complain about lol!

Plot holes and frustration

*spoiler alert*
How could they not deduce the logical missing pieces or practical solutions.
Kill mom, weaken dad.
I love this author, but a lot of this was weak as hell.

I love this story

I really love shifters. But this one was really good. I love the human shifter take on it. And the fantasy extras. The narrators did well. I really hope she does the other brothers. I wanna see so badly who everyone ends up with. Especially drager.

Spectacular

Jaymin hits another one out of the park. I freaking love Morgan. She is happy and loving but fierce. Lexie is amazing. Jaymin writes the best best friends. I wish we had more Morgan and Z time between the two books. I didn’t feel that their story really started until the second book. I feel too much time was spent on Drager. The spice was spectacular, but very infrequent. Narrators were phenomenal.
