I’m fascinated with ancient history because there are continuous new discoveries which push back the dawn of civilization by thousands of years. In the last couple of decades, the discoveries at Gobekli Tepe in eastern Turkey pushed back man-made structures to the time period of 9,000-11,000 BC, thousands of years before the next known civilizations existed.

The first course and this audiobook is designed to give you a full introduction into the in-depth exploration of long-lived people and myths about even-longer-lived people. My objective is that after you have listened to this material, you will truly understand the reality of long-lived people really existing in this world.

In this book, the focus is on spaceships used to access and travel in space. In my research, I was pretty amazed at how many spaceships have been designed, the large number available in the current era, and that many more are already on the drawing boards. Some spaceships like the Space Shuttle seemed like a great idea back in the 1970s and 1980s. But due to the compromises in design were very expensive for each flight and kind of dangerous, too.

There is great interest out there in what people can do to improve their longevity. I’ve been writing books about longevity for 14 years and I realized there was one topic I had not covered in detail: the foods and supplements that we can take which will help make us healthy enough to lengthen our lives. Improving individual longevity is not just about foods and supplements. There are a lot of factors which all affect longevity. After listening to this book, you will have new ideas about the food, diets, and supplements you can eat to help you live a much longer and healthier life.

The thesis of this book is that there was a civilization of intelligent beings existing on Earth over 300 million years ago. I previously collected information to write two books on out of place artifacts (OOPAs) and a book on Giants which evidence shows lived on this Earth millions of years ago. While writing my book titled The History of Intelligent Life On Earth: Millions of Years Ago till Present and generating a timeline on ancient OOPAs found around the Earth, I found an interesting pattern.

There are thousands of reports of Bigfoot in North America and other sites around the world. These sightings include videos, pictures, and the stories of witnesses. I’ve researched and written about many types of cryptids and the reports of bigfoot sightings are orders of magnitudes greater than any other cryptid sightings. These witnesses definitely saw something which is not human but bipedal.

There is something to be said about the gradual acquiring of knowledge about survival and how it applies to how we live our lives. So I’ve taken that approach in this book - starting with morals, principles, and the spiritual aspects of survival, to the practical knowledge, and then how that information can be generalized to most situations.

Many of my friends who know me well and know some of my experiences insist I should write an autobiography because many people will find my stories fascinating. My life has been about my spiritual and paranormal explorations of the world and studies of our universe. These stories include a spirit attacking me, many prophecies of mine - some of which saved my life - a fight with a bear in the wilderness, and many other strange experiences, including a spiritual-enlightenment event and specific memories from before, during, and just after my birth.

I love investigating out-of-place artifacts. The idea that they exist in contradiction to many accepted theories of our history says to me that we don’t know the real history of humanity and the Earth that we thought we did. In this book, we cover some well-known and documented devices like the Antikythera Mechanism, and others that may be unknown to most of you.

Many wise people believe that an individual’s search for true happiness should be the highest goal in one’s life. In this audiobook, we review the history of the search for happiness. This is followed by trying to define what happiness is - and is not. Then, there are several chapters on illusions in our lives and how these impeded finding true happiness. Finally, a spiritual approach is provided to help the listeners in their own search for true happiness.

I’m also a Reiki healer and have experimented a lot with vital forces and different healing methods. In looking at all the books available on this topic I saw a lot focusing on the spiritual aspects and some focused on chakra usage or Reiki healing. What I didn’t see was an overview and history of the whole topic to help people understand how spiritual and energy healing developed and how it fits into the science and medicine of today. There is also a need to see how spiritual and energy healing integrates with other medicines to improve a person’s long term health.

Overall, this sequence of books shows that there is a theme throughout history that aliens have affected humanity, not only since Homo sapiens evolved but even well into pre-history to hundreds of millions of years ago, when animal life didn’t yet exist on Earth’s land. That giants lived on the Earth back then and had their own civilizations. Our civilization today is, in many ways, a result of our interactions of aliens for our entire history.

I have my own survival stories, and maybe this is part of the reason why all these other stories interest me so much. Everyone loves to learn about survival stories because it confirms the importance of the human spirit to live through trying and deadly situations. I’ve included 33 true-life stories in this book. The people in these stories have all illustrated the power of the human spirit to live through difficult experiences.

The programming our subconscious mind gets from society is oriented toward us expecting to live short-term lives and then dying in our 70s and 80s. It doesn’t have to be this way. In this transcription of course three of The 10 Principles of Personal Longevity, we learn how we have been programmed and how we can change our subconscious mind toward a more positive outlook and a greater view of life geared toward longevity.

The subjects of time and dimensional travel really fascinate me. I went to engineering school and took advanced courses in physics and mathematics, so I have a pretty good understanding of science’s view of our universe. I’ve also been fortunate to have learned and practiced techniques to become more spiritually and psychically developed. One of the things this led to were my numerous experiences with premonitions and prophecy, which I’ve written about. My research also led me to write several books about stories of real time travel and dimensional-shifting experiences.

Many spiritual powers are developed and used in confrontations as part of the evolution of the characters in this story.

In this book, you will hear about many different researched cases of people visiting both the past and the future. From the evidence, this seems to be a much more common occurrence than was previously thought. There is also a chapter on theories of how these phenomena might exist. That these might be a type of paranormal experience and/or involve existing time warps. The world is truly much stranger than we can even imagine.

I’ve had many paranormal experiences in my life and some pretty cool spiritual enlightenment experiences too. This has given me a good understanding of the spiritual development process and the development of paranormal abilities as a side effect. I’m also an engineer with a lot of Physics mixed into my education so I have a pretty good understanding of the conventional views of engineering and science as taught in our universities.
