Lisa shares how presence and intention create space for what’s possible, why rest is an active force, and how we can reframe challenges as invitations to grow. Together, they unpack the beauty of slowing down, honoring our inner knowing, and allowing life to move through us in alignment with who we are becoming. Tune in for a conversation that invites you to slow down, turn inward, and trust in the unfolding of this magical journey called life.
