    A little about our guest:
Samantha Hawley is a Journal Expert who has experienced many life transitions that accompany big emotions. Everything from moving 8 times in 10 years, going through pregnancy & new mom life, getting divorced when her son was 9 months old, and feeling complacent and unfulfilled in her Corporate job. She didn't feel safe opening up about her big feelings anywhere except her journal. A beautiful thing transpired after she began writing: She discovered her voice, elevated her self worth & started living her life more intentionally instead of people pleasing and walking on eggshells. Now, she teaches her clients how to create the same level of awareness, inner peace & 'untethered joy' in their own lives through journaling & group coaching. • Reasons behind overwhelm in moms
    • Simplifying life by creating habits and systems
    • Getting the kids involved in life simplification

    A little about our guest:
Sally Bisbee is a Certified Life Coach for overwhelmed moms. A few years ago, she was a constant ball of overwhelm, trying to keep up with the demands of motherhood while trying to still be an awesome mom to her 3 kids. She knew something had to give. Sally spent a few months doing what she calls “Operation Happy” and figured out how to ditch the overwhelm and find her happy again. Now she help overwhelmed moms do the same thing. Through her custom framework called “The Simplify Method,” Sally helps overwhelmed moms simplify their lives by removing both physical and mental clutter, creating lasting habits and routines, and allowing them to create more free time in their lives to do more of the things that make them happy. She helps moms create better boundaries around their time and energy and walks along side them to help them create a life they are excited to wake up to each day.
