Will she become a symbol that President Snow wants to avoid killing so she doesn't become a martyr OR does he try to kill her because nuh uh? Why is everyone trying to save Peeta? Where is Gail? Who is Gail? Will President Snow's plans make any sense? Find out... maybe in this book.
