• WATW 05 "The Bible Falsifiable, Verifiable and Reliable
    Feb 19 2025

In the Bible we have “... a reliable collection of historical documents written by eyewitnesses during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses. They report supernatural events that took place in fulfillment of specific prophecies and they claim that their writings are divine rather than human in origin.” —Voddie Baucham

  • WATW 04 "Justified" As Me - In Christ
    Feb 12 2025

He took the mocking as me. He took God's turning away from Him as me. This is what Jesus did. But he also rose again being vindicated by God that he was a sinless perfect being. He was a worthy and perfect sacrificial lamb to cover the sins of the world.

And the thing is, is that justification is this beautiful thing of not Christ or let's put it like this of God not just looking at us as though we never did anything wrong, but then God has also said, imparted to you is the righteousness of my son, Jesus Christ. Everything that is allotted to him, you are co heir with him. You are represented where he is and right now he is seated at my right hand. He is your advocate, your high priest. So in him, you are represented.

"Open my eyes that I may see wonderous things out of Your Law"

"The Scriptures teem with marvels; the Bible is wonder-land; it not only relates miracles, but it is itself a world of wonders. Yet what are these to closed eyes? And what man can open his own eyes, since he is born blind? God himself must reveal revelation to each heart. Scripture needs opening, but not one half so much as our eyes do. The veil is not on the book, but on our hearts" - Charles Spurgeon

To think that our laxity concerning the Scriptures or our indifference to the Testimonies of God, his actions within His creation, our times of seeing as a common thing, the “Gospel of Jesus Christ” to think that…in anyway that my response stands as evidence to a lackluster attribute that the things of God projects, turns out that this disposition is only proof and evidence that we have closed our eyes…and are blind.

But Jesus is a sin forgiver, a corpse raiser and a sight giver.

    John 9:1-38

If we do not see let us come to Jesus and from there we will behold all of the beauties of His Kingdom.

    Feb 2 2025

In our day when the motto of the world is Tolerate or Avoidance when it comes to living in context of society. Sadly the Christian arena has adopted this as what the scriptures term as "worldly wisdom".

In Ephesians (4:1-3) Paul doesn’t endorse either one. He doesn’t advocate Toleration or Avoidance.

But he brings to light a walk that the people of God are called to, that you and me are called to and it is an active walk and an impactful walk. And a Difficult walk!

But a walk that has great effect in making the God of universe known.

It is quite IMPOSSIBLE to UNSTEP steps, But we can as the Psalmist said “Turn our feet” CHANGE COURSE, PIVOT.

    Psalm 119:59

"I thought about my ways, And turned my feet to Your testimonies."

Although we can not un-step a step we can the "Take the Fork in the Road " or turn around to a lighted path and have God Himself “Direct our Steps”

    Psalms 119:133

Direct my steps by Your word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me.
