    Jan 27 2025

Before Froot Loops, Special K and Rice Krispies, there was Dr John Harvey Kellogg, a devout Seventh Day Adventist whose only fears were meat-based germs, racial integration and syphilis, a man whose favourite pastimes were ensuring people had enough yoghurt shot into their arses and bullying his younger brother, William Keith Kellogg.

  • 126. Nellie Cashman - The Angel of Cassier
    Nov 12 2024

Cork-born Nellie Cashman emigrated to America and went on to be a total badass, a female prospector, business-owner and genuinely good person. It's a tough time of year and so I decided that for the month of November that I'm going to focus on the fun, ridiculous or downright cool parts of history. Also fairly certain you were traumatised enough in October!

most fun learning history ever

if you think the storys are enjoyable, her outfits are just as fun. when I was in school, most of the history stories were left out of the books due to not being in the core cirriculum. American learning system, where only the history on the test is important,
