  • Remembering Your Inner Power

    Kev Bailey joins us, a healer and medium working for spirit, who uses a mixture of kinesiology, crystals and energy therapies alongside shamanic healing techniques to help others on their own healing journey’s.

    Kev shares his own personal story that begins with many difficulties and challenges but ultimately leads him on his own path of healing, working with his grief and understanding his shadow side and triggers. He believes that if we don’t do this, you bypass most of your lessons and repeat cycles that are no longer serving you.

    He believes the most important thing we should be focusing on now is our connection to source and that not everyone will ‘wake up’ and that’s ok. Maybe they have chosen to stay in their 3D experience and/or have contracted to stay at this level.

    Kev shares some examples of what he’s experienced when working with others, which is fascinating! During his shamanic healing sessions, Kev works with a female brown bear which according to Native American traditions is one of the most powerful medicines to work with.

  • Birthing A New Found Consciousness

    Sally Francis chats with us about her latest book - Over the Rainbow to a New Found Consciousness, that explores finding out who you are in the process of ascension of Earth.

    She has been working as a complimentary therapist, tutor of accredited courses, tarot reader, medium, kinesiologist and healer for the last 35 years and wanted to write the book to capture all of what she has learned during that time.

    Her goal has been primarily to help people understand how to keep themselves calm. This is something that she talks about in her book which also has meditations to help the reader keep calm. She believes we need to do this now more than ever as we see the ever increasing chaos happening in the world which Sally says is linked to the ascension of earth.

    Sally believes we come into this life to learn and grow here on Earth and sometimes we try to interfere with another persons journey because we want them to be happy, but we have to let them do their own journey. It’s hard, especially with people you love, to step back, but sometimes this is the most helpful thing you can do. Sally explains that in the book she really explores what unconditional love is, including unconditional love of the self. She says we are not very good at it for ourselves or in relationships. That’s one of the hardest things, to love someone for who they are and not who you want them to be.

  • Your Body Knows The Answer

    We welcome Trina Kavanagh-Thomas, an Energy & Wellbeing Mentor who combines her skills in personal training, health coaching and energy work to help stressed out leaders turn their dreams into reality. She specialises in supporting high achieving individuals to reach their personal and business goals by deciphering recurring dreams, thoughts and patterns which are often tied to stress in the mind and body.

    So how did all this start? Well she shares that after some soul searching about her own personal wounds, she moved through self-punishment and began to find her own ‘why’ to follow her soul’s purpose.

    She discovered that using movements of the body helps to release emotions and she believes that, with the recent heavy focus on mindset, we have lost that aspect of working with our bodies in the 3D. She reminds us that eating patterns can also be a manifestation of buried emotions, and when we really feel what it’s like to truly be in our bodies, we can become more sensitive to triggers.

    Trina believes in empowering people to know their own bodies and find their own answers.

    This brings us onto the topic about the role of intuition and how it’s connected to our higher intelligence, and we must draw upon this. We must let go and release the programming and habitual ways of behaving and thinking, whilst not negating ourselves for the conditions we have experienced. It is important to practice self-love and self-compassion.

    We also explore recurring dreams and how they tie into unhelpful patterns. Recurring dreams can identify recurring emotions, and Trina believes this can help us address unhelpful patterns or insecurities. She believes that if the nervous system is calm, we can address these problems by tuning in to where these recurring patterns manifest in our bodies. We can receive messages from our bodies when we look after them. Trina shares that looking after our basic needs can help us dramatically, and she recommends tuning in to our own needs on any particular day, emphasising the importance of quality of our sleep. She says that our bodies contain a plethora of information, if we would only ask!
