As children, we are in a rush to grow up, but once we reach adulthood, we very often regret that we didn’t fully appreciate our fleeting youth

We do indeed grow up but at some point we recognize that we are also starting to grow old. The body looses the strength, speed and resilience it once had as the first wrinkles appear and the gray hair splashes. Most of us fear of aging.

How terrible it is to become old! How terrible it is to realize that youth has abandoned you!

But do we even need to be afraid of how old age can manifest itself?

Is it only a drastic decline in appearance and ability coupled with the painful decrease of sexual attractiveness? Or we feel that life is going to be end? In this episode we discuss if we able to stop being afraid of getting old and that our set of mind make us old before we really get to this point.

Maybe adapting to aging simply requires adjusting our way of thinking.

How often do we get the feeling of being unappreciated or used? From time to time and under many circumstances, we can all feel it.

But what do we do when it comes to our ongoing personal relationships?

It's not easy to get out of this trap.

And how often do we realize the codependent role we play in such a relationship?

We live in a new world for us and no one knows how long it will last. We isolate ourselves in our homes, keep our distance, can't meet friends or even family like we used to.

The Coronacrisis is affecting each of us.

Each of us is dealing with it as best we can.

We believe that someone is helped by his supply of toilet paper, but it does not save from a lack of social contacts.

How not to go insane?
