Jeremey mastered the art of storytelling both on screen and in the kitchen. Jeremy LaLonde is an accomplished filmmaker with seven feature films and dozens of TV episodes to his name. But after a life-changing decision to go Whole Food Plant-Based—losing an incredible 160 pounds in the process—Jeremy shifted some of his creative energy toward helping others.

Through his popular YouTube channel, Plant-Based with Jeremy, and his new cookbook, PB with J: Family Favourites, he’s making plant-based living approachable, fun, and downright delicious.
