Hi, Trapper Jack here. It’s one thing to hear from the book of Romans, ‘God works for the good of those who love Him.’ It’s quite another to hear someone living it.

In the blink of an eye, Susie’s life was changed forever. So was her marriage and family life. But Susie and Eric highlight what can happen when we invite God into the darkest of situations.

At the end of our conversation, I asked for the most recent example of joy in their lives. I don’t want to give away what Susie said, but it is the perfect ending to a story with lots of bumps and turns. I was listening to Fr. Mike Schmitz talking about the five second rule in regard to food on the floor. But, at the same time I was reading a book about a different five second rule that can literally change your life, in five seconds.

While talking to Jenny, a God incident occurred, and a reference to a book called the Five Second Rule. At age 36, Tiffany was living in a world of daily drug usage, nightmares, and demons, with only a small bit of relief by praying for the intercession of the archangel Saint Michael. Tiffany’s prayers to Jesus seemed to go unnoticed. She assumed that Jesus was not offering His help because she did not deserve God’s love. Tiffany soon discovered that nothing could be further from the truth.

Hi there! Trapper Jack here. I have found this to be an eye-opening, game changing interview and episode. It's totally altered how I pray. At age 4, Tiffany saw something that she could never un see. It changed her. It scared her. It let her down a particular path into substance abuse and paralyzing screaming nightmares with demons. Was there no end to this? Crying out to Jesus seemed to only make the demons angrier and more present. This made no sense at all.

Tiffany read that praying to St. Michael the Archangel might be the answer for her. Shockingly, he arrived with light and fury! If only momentarily, Tiffany finally had some relief. Hi there! Trapper Jack here. Have you seen the movie Bonhoeffer? A WWII Methodist Pastor joins a resistance organization that is attempting to assassinate Adolf Hitler. While the pastor believed murder was evil, Bonhoeffer also believed that the action was justified because Hitler posed a greater evil. Ultimately, Bonhoeffer was martyred.

Do you ever wonder what you would do if faced with saying yes or no to Christ when your life was on the line? Tammie has been pondering that question for about 18 years. It was then that she experienced a vision, or dream, of kneeling and praying in a jail cell knowing that she was about to be executed for her Christian faith. She heard the footsteps of the one coming down the hall to get her. Tammie woke up with a tear-stained pillow.

Was this a prophetic vision? She has always wondered what she would do if the moment of truth arrived. In an unusual statement of faith, tattoos might be giving us the answer of how bold and permanent Tammie's faithfulness is to our Lord. Enjoy the podcast.
